From the initial concept to the international launch: an overview of the key stages of our brand communication software.
From the initial project structure to international management: the key stages that have shaped our platform for corporate communications.
View company profileStarted as a small team with the goal of coordinating brand projects from a single source. First multi-client structure for three pilot customers from the DACH region.
2018Decision for a unified workflow system that consolidates approvals, deadlines, and responsibilities in one dashboard. This reduced coordination times by around one third.
2020New KPI views for budget adherence and schedule adherence. Management gained direct insight into project status for the first time without having to ask operational teams.
2022The platform was opened up for organizations with locations in multiple countries. Multilingual interfaces and cross-timezone schedules became standard features.
2024Live data on campaign performance now flows directly into the project overview. Teams can identify deviations early and initiate targeted control measures.
Our platform was born from the observation that brand communication in international organizations often fails due to scattered files, unclear responsibilities, and delayed status updates. We have developed a system that consolidates project workflows, budgets, and timelines in one place—without requiring teams to completely overhaul their usual way of working.
We follow a clear principle: every campaign needs a responsible core, transparent milestones, and metrics that flag deviations early on. Our software reflects this structure rather than imposing it. This leaves room for local adaptations while brand management centrally sets the direction.
For management, this means reports that support decisions, not data collections that no one reads. We reduce reporting to the metrics that actually say something about a campaign's progress—and present them in a way that is immediately understandable to leadership without follow-up questions.
